Fed-Ex why do you require so much paper?

It's not about being green or any such rubbish, just in a digital age, why are your forms so dependent on printing and pens :(

I understand that you are probably subject to import requirements of the various governments involved but 5 copies of a commercial invoice, 2 copies of temporary export paperwork and 5 copies of the airway bill is maybe overkill.

Alas, you are still the most reliable shipping company we use so I will fill out your myriad of forms but could we please make them more digital??
